Registrations for 2025-2026
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATIONS
Thanks to all the families who pre-enrolled before the deadline to help our school get ready for 2025–26!
Full in Planned Classes:
For the 2025 - 2026 school year, Rideau Park School is full in planned classes in the regular program. We are also full in Grades 3 to 6 in the German Bilingual program. We will no longer accept enrolment requests for Grades 3 to 6 in the German Bilingual program. For the regular program, a Kindergarten student who is a resident and lives in the school's attendance area may still register. For Grades 1 to 6, we will now only accept resident students whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) have newly moved into the school’s attendance area. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enrol in another Division school with space in planned classes.
If you are registering for Kindergarten or are new to Edmonton Public Schools, you must register online.
Principal's Message

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Rideau Park School!
Our mission is to provide diverse and rich learning experiences, opportunities for leadership and a warm welcoming culture. We empower each child to become a responsible learner, confident leader and compassionate citizen.
Rideau Park School proudly serves families in our Kindergarten to Grade 6 German Bilingual and Regular English Programs. We have a strong history of academic excellence and student engagement, thanks to the dedicated support of our parents/guardians and the excellence of our programming and instruction. Together, we provide students with outstanding learning opportunities.
Our vision is captured in our mantra: 'Rideau Park is a place where minds and hearts grow every day.' In that spirit, we believe in a strong partnership with our entire school community. We welcome open communication and encourage you to call, email, or stop by the school office. Please introduce yourself, share your feedback, and ask us any questions you may have.
Together, we'll make this a year of growth, discovery, and success for every student.
